My name is Shelley Mosley and I am the founder and president of Kelowna’s Quality Time Concierge.  I have over thirty years work experience in Kelowna.

Decorating has always been a passion of mine.  After acquiring a diploma in Business and a Certificate in Interior Design I worked for Norwalk the Furniture  Idea and Jordans Interiors.  I can beautify your living spaces with solutions that match your timeline and budget.  Tell me what you are dreaming of doing – I’ll help it become a reality!
